- Our aim is to dispatch orders within 3 days, but always sooner rather than later/

- Please get in touch if you need an item in a hurry and we can do an individual quote for you. 

- The following delivery costs are approximate and subject change without notice due to relying on external parcel delivery organisations.

- Some items (i.e. hoops) are sent via courier delivery schedule is 7-14 working days. Times may vary, be very delayed if there are national crisis/ emergencies or problems with certain industries - things out of our control! We work with various distributors too, so sometimes the longer option happens between - 14 working days. 

- Other items are sent via a trackable service (second class signed by Royal Mail).

- Please note, these prices are for delivery to UK Mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands.  Please contact us for a delivery quote if you are outside this area.

- If you would like any items that are currently not in stock - drop us a line with your wish-list and we'll let you know when we'll have these back in stock and any other info. 

- Occasionally, we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to hoops or tubing being unavailable from our suppliers, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to 1) order an alternative, 2) have the hoop sent as soon as the products become available or 3) to cancel the order.

- If you would like a LARGE ORDER - postage will be calculated on an individual basis, so don’t hesitate to contact us. We simply want to make sure it gets to you the best way possible. All shipping times are approximate.

- Please make sure as it is your responsibility to add as much delivery and contact information as we may need to get in touch with you to check something or update.

- You are responsible for entering your address correctly - we will post to the address provided at checkout.


We endeavor to respond to all complaints within (5) five working days. Please email:  If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.


If you change your mind and contact us within 14 days of placing your order.

You are entitled to a full refund, however, please check the following terms:

- In all cases, please contact us by email prior and as soon as you propose to returning the items to ensure we can do what we can to help you with any issues you may have. We will email you with the address to return the goods to.

- If the goods have already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them and using a reputable safe courier/ post provider and service.

- For a refund, the goods must be unused, unworn, unopened and in the same condition that you received them.

- Proof of purchase is required (receipt, invoice, confirmation email).

- Once your items have been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of our further action.

- If in the event your order arrives with you defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email in order that we can work out a solution with you.

- Please note that if an item has been specially designed and created for you (custom order/ bespoke), the above conditions do not apply. However, if you have a problem with a bespoke item, please get in touch to discuss the matter. We are quite sure we can work something out.

- We are only able to accept returns of custom/ bespoke orders where the manufacturer has agreed there is a fault with the item.

- Payment is processed using Stripe however if you seek alternative payment methods please let us know.

- Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, Play Tone Limited disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. Play Tone Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.


- Please check sizes and contact us if you have a query.

- If you order the wrong size, we can exchange for a different size, assuming the item is in perfect, unused, unworn condition and the above 'Returns + Refunds' are adhered to. Return postage is at buyer's expense.  

- As mentioned above, you are responsible for the return of your item/s and the postage to be the correct product sent back using a reputable service.

- Sometimes we might make an error with sizing other other variations - please email us to let us know the mistake and we will exchange it at no further postage cost and refund you any return postage.

- If you are wanting an international delivery, please email us to discuss the best options and we will send a quotation.

- All prices are shown in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT.


- For certain products we give care advice in the product description bios - for example travel hoops should not be left coiled down for long periods of time as this will strain the connection and pipe, or roller skates are listed with persons' weight limit. Other products like skates are meant for recreational purposes and not shredding in the skate park. 

- Please check the product bios of descriptions to read for specific care and warranty advice.

- Warranty is specific to individual products.
